To raise awareness and help more women to understand and take control of their hormonal health, HERCARE launched an app on both AppStore and Google Play about 2 years ago. The app has been featured on AppStore on multiple occasions, has recently been launched in 27 countries, localized in 4 languages, offers two subscriptions and was recently first in the world to launch a game-changing feature on hormonal detection incorporating the new temperature sensing feature (latest Apple Watches)

Do you want to join HERCARE on a journey where you will be a great part in the contribution of FEMTECH in Sweden and the world? HERCARE is now looking for a Tech lead to build a flexible and solid product organization together with our Head of product.

THE POSTION
In the role as Tech lead, you are a key person for the company and its technical team and progress. You are hands on and enjoy writing code, at the same time you are also strategic and come up with your own ideas for future solutions for the company. You will have a great impact on the roadmap ahead, and you will report directly to the Head of Product. There will initially be an external tech team to manage but our plan is to grow and build an internal tech team which you will be responsible for.

We will consider applicants that have a strong software engineering background with experience in native mobile development, development guidelines, product development, prototyping, data analytics, release management. Our tech team must be proactive and highly motivated, thus the leader must have such DNA.

Requirements Previous experience:

•  5+ years of native mobile development
• Mobile development, iOS or Android
• Modern WEB development using Node.js integrations and API:s
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, XCTest, SPM, Firebase, HealthKit)or Android (Kotlin, JetPack Compose, Firebase)It’s a bonus if you:
• have experience in telemedicine
• PdL (patientdatalagen)
• development in a healthcare environment
• can communicate fluently in Swedish

Scope:Full time
