This type of booking is for you who want more information about how we evaluate and treat PCOS but also to ensure that you are the right patient for more extensive testing and a visit to one of our gynecologists.

You tell us about your symptoms, how you feel, and together we evaluate which of these hormonal phases you are in:

- You fill in a short health declaration

- You can talk to a HERCARE specialist about your condition and symptoms.
- Based on your symptoms, we may recommend which tests you need to take to ensure your hormonal phase.
- You may also be recommended a short return visit for review of test results and possible treatment.

This is a hormonal consultation with blood sampling before your appointment.

It is for you who want to find out which of the following hormonal phases you are in:
- Normal hormonal balance
- PMS
- Premenopause
- Menopause

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:
- You fill in a health declaration

- You take a blood test at one of our partner labs (More information about this further down!)

- A doctor evaluates the results of your test results and highlights any deviations.

- You meet a HERCARE specialist who asks supplementary questions and then reviews your blood test results, your hormonal status and gives you recommendations on how to feel better 

- If it turns out that you are in menopause and need estrogen/progesterone prescribed, our nurses will recommend another appointment with one of our gynecologists for evaluation and gynecological examination.
- Sometimes we will also recommend an appointment with a nutritional therapist for a tailored diet and lifestyle program, or a conversation with a speech therapist for support.

Do you have time to take your samples before your scheduled appointment?
In order for us to receive a complete document, we need to have your test answers to hand before your meeting with us. The blood sample should be taken on day 3-5 of your period. If you don't have your period, you can take the test any day. You will receive more detailed information in an email after you have booked.

This is a more comprehensive appointment with blood drawn before your appointment.

This is for you who are interested in an evaluation of your hormonal health, your mood, your lifestyle and gut health, why you feel the way you do and what we can recommend to make you feel better.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:
- You fill in a comprehensive health declaration regarding your lifestyle, stress factors, gut health, thyroid and diet.

- You take a blood sample (29 markers) at one of our partner labs (More info on this further down!) 

- A doctor evaluates the results of your test results and highlights any deviations.

- You meet a HERCARE specialist who asks supplementary questions and reviews your test results, your hormonal status and gives you recommendations on how to feel better.

We at HERCARE see sexuality as an important and integral part of our general health.
Our nurses with specialist expertise in sexology now offer desire counseling for those who want to understand and increase your desire for sex and cohabitation.

In the conversation, we go through various methods and theories that promote sexual desire but also what inhibits it.

Desire counseling is for you who, among other things:
- Experience decreased sexual desire
- Want to strengthen your sexual confidence
- Want to learn more about communication around sex and desire in close relationships.
- Have questions about your own sexual health.
- Experiencing worry and anxiety around sex

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:
• You fill in a digital health declaration
• You meet a nurse who asks you supplementary questions. Based on this, you will receive recommendations for how you can improve your sexual health and cohabitation.

• We may also recommend a further visit for a gynecological examination or a conversation with a speech therapist for further support.

Comprehensive annual health check with blood tests

We at HerCare want to help women in Sweden live healthy, long lives. Therefore, today we offer an annual health check with the aim of preventing future illness.

With the help of research, it has been established that most of the chronic diseases we suffer from today are due to our lifestyle. How we live our lives in terms of what we eat, how much we move, and our hormonal status. If we find out what our conditions are, we can then make choices that optimize our chances of living a long and healthy life.

ATTENTION! If, however, you are not feeling well, we ask you to book a doctor's appointment or a hormonal consultation with one of our nurses.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:
- You fill in a digital health declaration

- You take a blood sample (37 markers) at one of our partner labs
- A doctor evaluates the results of your test results and highlights any deviations.

- When you come to the clinic, we measure blood pressure, pulse, oxygenation and body composition (fat, muscle, fluid and your visceral fat level)
- You meet with a midwife/nurse for a review of your body composition, health status, your hormonal phase, your test results, information on preventive care and recommendations based on your individual needs
- We may also recommend a gynecological examination, a meeting with a nutritional therapist for a tailored diet and lifestyle program, or a conversation with a speech therapist for support (these visits are billed separately).

This doctor's visit is for those who seek care for thyroid, stomach/intestine, skin problems/eczema or other medical reasons.

You will see a general practitioner who will review your test results (15 markers) and your state of health, then give you recommended measures and possible treatment.

The meeting takes about 30 minutes

Doctor's visit

A holistic assessment and health plan that is not primarily based on hormonal health.

You see a doctor in general medicine who maps your symptoms, reviews your state of health and recommends measures and treatment. The focus of this meeting is not primarily your hormonal health, but more other imbalances and disease states.

This is how it works:
-Health declaration is filled in digitally
-Physical meeting and examination with a doctor if indicated
-Blood samples (26 analyses) are evaluated by the doctor who highlights any deviations
- Mapping of symptoms
-Review of health condition
-Recommended measures and treatment
Any further recommendations to: nutritional therapist/dietitian, speech therapist/psychologist, or gynaecologist

Nutritionist

By working preventively with your health, you can increase your well-being, energy, improve your immune system and, in the long term, increase the chance of a long and healthy life. You will meet with one of our nutritional therapists who will help you map your problems/symptoms and tailor a diet and lifestyle plan to balance and optimize your health, and recommendations of any nutritional supplements tailored just for you.

Feeling bad mentally or emotionally is not linked to a specific age and does not even have to be linked to any specific reason. Prolonged stress, a feeling of overwhelm, or challenges managing one or more areas of your life can result in negative emotions that are sometimes difficult to manage on your own. A talk therapist can help you see your patterns, help you find new tools and strategies to find a path that will help you to peace of mind and more joy.

You will see a speech therapist.
