Our founder and initiator Mia Lundin is a an RN and a Nurse Practitioner with specialist training in gynecology and obstetrics. She has 29 years of experience in women's health from USA.

She believes Sweden is far behind many other countries when it comes to holistic and preventive health care for women. We would like to change that!

HerCare, which is the first clinic of its kind, wants to offer Sweden's women world-class women's health care.

With Mia Lundin's extensive experience and knowledge behind her, and by constantly keeping up to date with the latest research and treatment methods in women's health and hormone therapy, we can offer our patients the safest and most effective treatment protocols.

The most important member of our team is YOU.

Our caregivers are experts in women's health, but it is you as the patient who will do the most valuable work by following the advice and recommendations by implementing any diet and lifestyle changes and hormone replacement that we prescribe for you.

At your first visit with us, the healthcare provider will evaluate your health history, your symptoms, and test results, He/she will propose your individually based treatment plan.

Our way of working means that we see you as a patient from a 360° perspective, and your treatment plan may include visits with one or more of our healthcare providers, such as gynecologist, physician, nurse midwife, RN, nutritionist or therapist.

Based on your individual needs, your treatment plan may also include one or more of the following: bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, nutritional supplements, nutrition plan, stress management and exercise recommendations.

Meet our team

In person, digital or by phone.

Our nice, bright clinic is located in Danderyd, about 15 minutes from Stockholm city. Here, our doctors, gynecologists, midwives, nurses, nutritionists and therapists meet patients daily Monday through Friday.

When you arrive at our office, you register at our check-in kiosk. Then you are welcome to settle down in our pleasant waiting room and serve yourself a cup of tea or coffee while waiting for the care giver.

We also offer meetings via video or phone. This is a flexible and time-efficient option, especially if you live far from Stockholm. Video meetings can be conducted via mobile phone or tablet.

For certain types of meetings, you naturally need to be on site at the clinic. This applies, for example, to gynecological examinations.
